EURO CONTAINER ensures the delivery of its products in France, Europe and internationally.
Our delivery times vary depending on product availability and destination. For in-stock products, delivery is generally within 5 to 10 business days. International shipments may be subject to additional delays due to customs formalities.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the order's weight, volume, and destination. We offer a variety of shipping options: standard delivery for small equipment and accessories, and specialized truck or container shipping for heavy equipment and containers.
To ensure safe transportation, we work with reliable and experienced carriers.
Upon receipt of your order, it is imperative that you check the condition of the package before signing the delivery slip. In the event of damage or anomaly, we recommend that you make a written reservation on the delivery slip and contact us within 48 hours. We make every effort to meet the announced delivery times, but delays beyond our control (weather conditions, strikes, customs) may occur. In this case, we will inform you promptly.
For certain large products requiring installation, we offer an installation service upon request. For any questions regarding delivery, lead times, or installation conditions, our customer service team remains at your disposal by phone or email.
